1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Masjid Explorer, you agree to these Terms of Service. Masjid Explorer is operated by Masjid Explorer Corp. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Masjid Explorer is a free mobile application that helps users discover mosques, check in at mosques they visit, track their visits through a personal Masjid Passport, and view prayer times.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent check-ins, abuse the reporting system, manipulate the leaderboard or badge system, use the app for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Mosque Data

Mosque location data is sourced from OpenStreetMap and is available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Masjid Explorer name, logo, and app design are owned by Masjid Explorer Corp. Mosque data is provided under the ODbL license by OpenStreetMap contributors. All other content and code remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Masjid Explorer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate data, service interruptions, or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Belgium.
